Plans and specifications will be availale on 20 February 1995. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. No charge will be made for the first set of specifications available to each requester. Estimated cost range: between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is not set aside for small business concerns.
