SOL N00140-95-1499 SYN 195 POC Contact Point, Anita Spriggs, (215)897-5713, Contracting Officer, Eillen McGlinn, (215)897-5713 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment, Philadelphia, intends to issue a Delivery Order against General Services Administration FSC Group 58, Part VI, Class 5805, Special Item Number 174-1a, Contract Number GS00K94AGS0412, effective October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995, to Bell Atlantic Network Services, Inc., for the following Video Teleconferencing Equipment: Rembrant Comp. CODEC Multipoint Control Unit, Part Number ADS-REMCOMP, 8 each; Application Package 3, Part Number AOS-APKG3, 8 each; Line Int. V.35, Part Number AOS-LIV35, 8 each; and 19'' Rack Mount Interface, Part Number 401932-01, 20 each; pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The required Delivery Schedule is within 90 days after date of order; for delivery to NISE East Det Norfolk Receiving Officer, 3050 Elmhurst Lane, Portsmouth, VA 23701. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, NO ADDITIONAL SYNOPSIS will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit information which shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. Interested parties are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. Comparable offers will be considered only if clear and convicing documentation including technical and pricing information is furnished within 15 days of this synopsis that the proposed items meet the requirements of the Government and that it is advantageous to the Government to consider other offers. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, an order will be placed with Bell Atlantic Network Services, Inc. against their GSA Schedule Contract.
