This is a Notice of Intent to place a delivery order with GTSI, 4100 Lafayette Center Drive, Chantilly, Virginia against GSA Schedule GSOOK94AGS6407 for the following ADP Equipment at a quantity of 6 (six) each: Panasonic 486 Pentium 75 Notebook with 16MB RAM, 680MB HDD, Active Matrix Display, 3.5 Floppy and CD ROM, GTSI P/N 898-266; 16MB Memory Upgrade F/CF/V21 33/40/50/75MHZ, GTSI P/N 898-208; Optima 144/FAX for PCMCIA, GTSI P/N 308-116; Targus NotePac Carrying Case (Gray Nylon), GTSI P/N 955-S24265; to include Integration of all systems. Firms who can furnish the requirement at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which appear in the GSA schedule are invited to submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish the requirement, including technical and pricing data and GSA Schedule (if applicable). Failure to provide complete information for an accurate and thorough comparison against the above referenced GSA Schedule will render a response unacceptable. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. A request for a solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Affirmative responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this intent notice and shall be sent to the address shown above, Attn: Ms Tommi Andrews.
