Bureau intends to issue a solicitation to acquire the capability to
transmit facsimile and other computer data from a single point to
multiple points throughout the Continental United States (CONUS),
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands,
simultaneously. There will be a facsimile satellite receiver at 12
National Guard Bureau (NGB) Directorates located at NGB Headquarters
and at each state Director of Information Management (DOIM) and United
States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO) located in the CONUS. For
the DOIM and USP&FO located in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and
the Virgin Islands, this effort includes support in the installation of
a cable television facsimile receiver. This effort includes all
equipment (except Government owned personal computers and facsimile
machines), materials, and manpower required to acquire, install and
fully test the facsimile system. The SIC code for the procurement is
7379. The Small Business Size Standard is $18 Million. This procurement
will be restricted to Small Business Concerns. Any responsible small
business source may submit a proposal which will be considered. The
National Guard Bureau anticipates a fixed price contract. Telephone
