Pending internal approval, the Naval Sea Systems Command intends to establish a firm fixed price Basic Ordering Agreement with E-Systems, ECI Division, P.O. Box 12248, St. Petersburg, FL 33733 for the procurement of repair (including emergency repair), alteration, overhaul, and maintenance of the above described equipment, inlcuding all materials and services incidental to such work, such as repair parts, components, accessories, documentation, associated tools, test and depot repair facilities to include test fixtures and/or stations, overhaul procedures, depot repair procedures, and validation of related documentation, plus any necessary packing and packaging. Such work will also include installation of ORDALT Kits or other modifications and on-site technical engineering support as required. ECI is the developer and sole producer of the original AN/SYR-1.
