Estimated Annual Requirement (EAR) for Initial Qualification in base year is two (2) students and EAR for Recurrent in base year is four (4) students with supplementary training on an ''as needed'' basis. The FAA anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/requirements contract with a base year and two renewable option years. Therefore, the resulting contract will contain FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and FAR Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.
