Recurrent ground school and level ''A'' simulator (with 85% proficiency
check) training to airline transport pilot standards for FAA
inspectors/pilots in the Grumman G-1 aircraft. Flight training
(including 15% proficiency check) will be conducted in FAA aircraft by
FAA personnel. Estimated Annual Requirement (EAR) for Initial
Qualification in base year is two (2) students and EAR for Recurrent in
base year is four (4) students with supplementary training on an ''as
needed'' basis. The FAA anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price
indefinite delivery/requirements contract with a base year and two
renewable option years. Therefore, the resulting contract will contain
FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and FAR Clause
52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. Standard

Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
receivable financing. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms
to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $500,000 per
contract. DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a
