Williams (310) 363-5076 Provide commercial travel services, to include issuance of commercial airline, bus, rail and sea reservations and tickets, to personnel located in the greater Los Angeles area for both OFFICIAL and UNOFFICIAL travel. The contractor will issue commercial tickets (when directed by the Traffic Management Office (TMO)) for OFFIVIAL travel and maintain records for each ticket issued. Additionally, the contractor will provide leisure travel service (UNOFFICIAL) to authorized DOD personnel to include ocean cruises, vacation packages, lodging, rental cars, airline, bus and rail tickets. The contractor will be responsible for securing a Commercial Travel Reservation (CTR) system, to include its maintenance and supplies. The contractor will provide daily, weekly, and monthly billing statements to the TMO for payment. Lastly, the contractor must have the data processing and computer capability to provide the TMO and Finance officer all required reports and data products. The period of performance is anticipated to begin 01 May 95 for a 2 year basic period and Government options for 3 additional years. Current estimate travel volume is projected at approximately $15 million dollars a year. A total of $75,000,000 of business volume is projected over a five year life of this effort. Government furnished facilities will be provided at approximately 3 locations on Los Angeles AFB and Fort MacArthur. Government furnished equipment will include modular work stations, storage cabintes and deskes. All internal ticketing for OFFICIAL travel must be approved by the TMO.
