The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors for a firm fixed-price/indefinite quantity contract to remove existing gravel and soil cover, repair existing concrete roof deck, install sheet applied elastomeric waterproofing and protection board, reinstall soil and gravel cover, apply soil treatment for vegetation control, and other incidental related work for various magazines at Naval Magazine Lualualei, West Loch/Lualualei, Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation is a performance specification that represents the Government's minimum requirements. The contractor is responsible for and shall provide overall coordination and design of construction details (100% design drawings, shop drawings, etc.) and ensure satisfactory completion of all work covered under this contract.
