Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, supervision, and performing all work in strict accordance with specifications. Removal of existing slate roofing, associated materials and its replacement with new slate roofing material, removal and replacement of copper valley step, base and cap flashings, removal of existing ridge cap at roof area and installation of new ridge cap, removal of defective wood sheathing and beams and their replacement as indicated, cut out and repoint all deteriorated mortar joint, replacement of damaged leaders and gutters, resoldering all loose joint at existing leaders an gutters, replacement of wood trim with new wood trim. The magnitude of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contractor to commence work five calendar days after notice to proceed and complete not later than two hundred ten calendar days after notice to proceed.
