Z -- RENOVATE TEMPORARY LODGING FACILITY 803 AT DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, DELAWARE SOL F07603-95-B8206 DUE 033195 POC Malcolm Howe, Contracting Specialist, 677-5214. This project consists essentially of, but not limimted to, the complete renovation of building 803, and the construction of a playground. The work will consist of removal of interior partitions, all wall/floor finishes, all suspended ceilings, exterior mansard framing, exterior stucco and hardboard, all plumbing and heating lines, all plumbing/mechanical/elctrical and fire protection fixtures, all wiring and conduits, all cabinets, all doors, all windows/sashes, and roof shingles. The building shall receive all new systems. The contract performance period is 395 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency.
