Project calls for the construction of a 2,000 sq ft equipment storae shed, a 1,500 sq ft fertilizer/pesticide storage building, a 1,800 sq ft maintenance building and a concrete wash rack and fuel containment pad. The project has options to add a 2,000 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft shed for cart storage, A.C. paving for service yards, concrete slabs for storage sheds, and parking for six vehicles. The buildings will be single level pre-engineered type metal structures with ribbed mat foundations. The buildings include interior gypsum board walls. Other work includes, but is not limited to, site grading, preparation and installation of underground utilities, one fire hydrant, electrical lighting and wiring, HVAC, plumbing, interior finishes, parking, driveways, and sidewalks. The estimated construction time is 185 days. Projected magnitude is $500,000 and $1,000,000. SIC Code is 1542. This is a non-appropriated fund requirement. It is an unrestricted solicitation.
