Work includes excavating sections of full bench trail and installing drainage dips, open drains, waterbars, log steps, plant steps, step & run boardwalk, elevated boardwalk, and a treated timber trail bridge. The amount of reconstruction varies along the trail. The Upper Naha Trail is located between Heckman Lake and Jordan Lake, approx. 10 air miles from Ketchikan, Alaska. Access to the project site is by float plane, helicopter, or boat. This project is 100% Labor Surplus Area set-aside. Contract time is 365 calendar days.
