The Air Force is seeking sources for this project which shall include but not be limited to, construction of children's bathrooms, storage areas and offices, expand kitchen area and upgrade exterior lanai area along with necessary utilities at Bldg 1654. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. The estimated cost of construction will be between $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing or may be faxed to (808) 449-7026.
