The Air Force is seeking sources interested in submitting proposals for a Firm Fixed contract which includes, but not be limited to, the maintenance and repair of five quarters. Areas of work include the bathroom, kitchen, floors, walls, windows, sliding doors, and appurtenances. The alter portion of the contract includes, but not limited to, the upgrading of the air conditioning system in the five units. This is an unrestricted contract with an estimated cost between $500,000.00 and $1 million.
