Systems Command is conducting a sources sought announcement to
determine the availability and capability of parties interested in the
development and/or upgrade of P-3C training devices to maintain
effectiveness in training P-3C aircrews and to ensure peak operational
readiness. These training devices will add the AIP mission
capabilities to existing capabilities in order to perform all
designated missions. The AIP Partial Aircrew Coordination Trainer
(PACT) will be a Computer Based Trainer comprised of five operator
trainer stations (TACCO, NAV/COM, Sensor Station 3, Auxiliary Station
and pseudo-pilot), one instructor station, a central computer work
station, communications between the stations and associated displays
and controls necessary to achieve the AIP training goals with emphasis
on crew coordination. The contract will consist of a base year with
four option years. Interested sources should provide a written summary
of qualifications and capabilities as well as any recent relevant work
