Belarus project of the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program, the
Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) has a requirement for three (3) x-ray
machines. These x-ray machines will interdict contraband material and
technologies at Belarus border sites and ports. The vans should have a
low-dose x-ray generator, solid state image processor, a conveyor
system, and a power generator. In addition, the machines should have an
electrical distribution and control system. The machines should be able
to detect low density objects hidden in and among higher density
objects, as well as detect and/or image drugs, explosives, weapons,
agricultural products and currency on airline hold/checked baggage and
cargo. Requests for copies of the RFP must be submitted in writing and
