Contractor shall furnish all clinical laboratory analyzer contractor-owned equipment including a)consumable supplies, standards, controls, reagents and disposables; b) emergency repair service and preventive maintenance; and c) operator training for Government personnel. Government shall pay for valid patient tests. Cost-Per-Test Agreements are required for the following Brand Name or Equal Equipment: (1) Abbott Labs - ''TDX/Flex'' Monitoring Therapeutic Drugs Chemical Analyzer; (2) Abbott Labs - ''IMX'' for Thyroid and Tumor Marker Chemical Analyzer; (3) Hybridtek - ''Photon'' Prostatic Especific Antigen Chemical Analyzer; (4) Abbott - ''Commander'' Instrument for Washing and Reading ELISA Testing; (5) Baxter - ''Microscan'' Instrument for Micro biological Identification and susceptibility testing; (6) Miles - ''Clinitek Atlas'' Automated Urine Chemistry Analyzer; (7) Becton Dickinson - ''Bactec 460 System'' Auto-analyzer to identify Tuberculosis.
