Notice of intent of the Government to place an order with Computational Systems Incorporated, Knoxville, TN., for the following: NSN: 702098/Oil View. Oil Analization System, with the following capabilities; Database generation to track trend data by fleet and individual vehicle; Software compatability with 286, 386, and 486 pc(s) with MS/PC DOS; Measurement of ferrous and nonferrous metal concentrations in oil to determine component condition; Moisture detection down to 100 ppm; Data output parameters for lube condition, wear condition, and recommended actions. This requirement is for an Oilview Model 5100 or equal. Delivery shall be FOB destination to St. Paul, MN within 30 days after issuance of a Government order. This proposed acquisition is under $25,000.00 and any order issued will be under small purchase procedures. Any potential source which feels that they can meet these supply requirements must notify this office in writing to the address shown above. If, after 15 days of publication of this notice, no substantive written document is received in this office, an order will be placed with Computational Systems Incorporated. See Note 22. (033)
