Furnish and deliver 12,000,000 cheets of VIRGIN white, 8 1/2'' x 11'' long grain, 24 lb. bond paper. Recycled paper will not be accepted. Paper shall be packaged 5,000 sheets per box and placed on skids, 40 boxes per skid. Total requirement will consist of 60 skids with delivery of 10 skids on the first business day of each month, April 1995 through September 1995. Overnight delivery my be required in emergency situation. Prior to contract award, the apparent low bidder shall provide one skid (40 boxes) of paper at government expense. This paper will be used to test operability with the Xerox 9790 Electronic Printing System and the Standard Register 515 Glue/Sealer machine. (031)
