99 -- COUNTERMEASURES CHAFF-FLARES MAGAZINE SOL N00164-95-R-0062 POC Contact point, Barbara Kinder Code 1163LJ, 812-854-3901 Contracting Officer Don Davis This procurement is for fabrication of Countermeasures Chaff-flares magazines. There will be a basic quantity of 300 with an option for an additional 1500. The successful offeror will be required to fabricate the magazines in accordance with NAVAIR drawings 3268AS100 through 3268AS127. The contractor shall be required to have a quality assurance program meeting the requirements of MIL-I-45208A. The procurement will be set aside 100% for small business (See Note 1). Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination, Crane, Indiana. For the basic quantity, 15 shall be due 90 days after award of contract with the remaining 285 due 120 days after contract award. If the option is exercised, it shall be due 120 days after exercise of the option. Contractors may propose an alternate delivery schedule for consideration. Preliminary inspection and acceptance shall be at source with final inspection and acceptance at destination. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal and request may be submitted by fax at 812-854-1841.
