D -- PC BASED PREDICTIVE TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM FOR THE FRESNO DISTRICT OFFICE COMMERCIAL LOAN SERVICE CENTER, FRESNO, CA POC Contracting Officer is Peter J. Bergin 209/487-5791, x237. The Fresno District Office of the SBA is seeking sources to supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install a personal computer based predictive telephone dialing system. The predictive dialing system shall be used as a credit/collectons system and as such must be able to provide functions necessary for that industry. The system shall upload and download client information from a host computer. This function shall be programmable as to whether it is a fixed or real-time transmission. The predictive dialing system software shall integrate easily with the host software allowing file updates to be seamless with no loss of information. The predictive dialing system software shall integrate with an existing LAN and government owned, IBM compatible agent workshops utilized in this contract. The system feastures include multi-tasking architecture, true answer detection, dynamic line allowcation, hotkey to external device, CTI interface, auto system recovery, auto system route selection, ability to join or sort lists, user-defined delete lists, account ownership, auto time zone handling, customized supervisor menus, supervisor agent monitoring, supervisor overide of agent data entry, remote supervisor capability, real-time personal performance statistics, on-screen scripting, local maintenance, modular components, tape backup, full documentation, on-line call transfer and real-time report generation.
