Preiner, (317)353-7609 The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Indianapolis plans to issue, under Basic Ordering Agreement N00163-94-G-0010, a class of delivery orders for materials and services necessary to repair, modify, overhaul, prototype, retrofit, test, calibrate, restore, and/or return to ready-to-use condition AN/APX-100 IFF systems. It is NAWCAD Indianapolis' intent to sole source these class of orders to AlliedSignal, Inc., Communications Systems, 1300 East Joppa Road, Towson, MD 21286-5999, the sole designer, developer, and currently the only qualified manufacturer of the AN/APX-100 IFF transponder and as such has the requisite knowledge necessary to fulfill the requirements within the required timeframe, See Note Number 22 (0033)
