The Southeastern Universities Research Association (SURA) has a prime contract with the Department of Energy for work in connection with the Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility (CEBAF). A competitive solicitation will be issued for providing copy services at CEBAF. Services will include operation of a central copier area; providing replacement and additional copiers as required; full service maintenance for existing, replacement and new copiers; providing all coper supplies (including paper); and training of key operators. Under such a contract we envision two high volume copiers being located in the central copier area, and approximatelY 30 additional convenience copiers being locateds throughout the site. The duration of the contract will be one year with four one year options. Estimated date for the release of the solicitation is February 27, 1995, with a mandatory pre-bid conference on or around March 8, 1995, and proposals due on or about March 28, 1995.
