Army Engineer District, Walla Walla intends to issue an invitation for bids for noxious weed and pest control services at the McNary Dam Project, Umatilla, Oregon. The selected contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision required to perform noxious and nuisance weed control in landscape, aquatic, industrial, and non crop situations and spider control on project lands and structures located within both the states of Washington and Oregon. It is the Governments intent to award a firm fixed price, estimated quantity type contract for a one year period of service, with the option to extend services on a one-year basis for up to an additional four calendar years. This procurement action is 100% set aside for small business concerns, see numbered Note 1. Size standard for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Code 0782 is $3.5 million average annual receipts for the past three fiscal year periods.
