Contractor shall load and discharge cargoes and perform all the duties of a stevedore on any vessel which the Contracting Officer (or their designee) may designate at the U.S. Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, CA. The scope of this contract is limited to the furnishing of services at Navy Terminals, Navy Joint use Terminals, and stream operations only, and is not applicable to military-sponsored cargo moved over commercial, municipal or state-operated terminals. The period of performance is 01 OCT 1995 through 30 SEP 1996 with 2 one-year options. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
