Russell (202) 482-1967 The U.S. Department of Commerce, intends to procure through full & open competitive negotiation a fixed price (IDIQ) contract for 280 parking spaces for Department of Commerce carpoolers, HCH Building, 14th & Constitution Ave. N.W., Washington, DC. The parking lot(s) shall be within two blocks of a Metro Rail Station or walking distance of the HCH Building. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. The solicitation is scheduled to be released on or about March 31, 1995. A preproposal conference is scheduled to be held approximately 10 days after issuance of the RFP.
