new 33,430 square foot Postal Facility on a 5.5 acre site. Work
includes all site work and associated utilities. Building construction
consists of a workroom (one-story pre-engineered structure), a support
module (one-story steel framed, built-up roof on structural cmu walls),
and a fuel island with canopy. Facility is fully heated,
air-conditioned, and fire suppressed. Completion of construction will
be within 10 months of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans will be
available on February 10, 1995 from the office of the
Architect-Engineer, Bernard Johnson Young, Inc., 6701 Democracy Blvd.,
8th Floor, Bethesda, MD 20817-1572. The costwill be $55.00 per set,
non-refundable. Make check/money order payable to the United States

postal personnel whose official duties require such information until
