The Missouri National Guard desires a firm fixed-price contract for the construction of an Advanced Airlift Tactical Training Classroom located at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, Missouri. This facility will provide secure space for training aircrew and intelligence personnel. Required training areas consist of a large secure classroom with extensive audio visual capabilities, secure briefing rooms and general administrative storage space. Facility will support the processing of audio visual aids, lesson plan and intelligence information development to be presented to students. Facility will also be used as an operation center for crews in training. Estimated bid opening date is April 21, 1995. The construction performance period is 10 months. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. A non-refundable deposit of $30.00 is required. The deposit must be in the form of a certified or cashier's check or money order made payable to U.S. Treasury.
