Install a Single-Ply Roof System at Samsville VOR, Samsville, Illinois in accordance with the specifications. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Remove the fiberglass antenna shelter from the roof; Install 3/8'' closed cell fanfold protection board over entire roof surface; Install one layer of single-ply mechanically attached roofing membrane over entire roof surface including the area cover by the fiberglass antenna shelter; Install one layer of single-ply membrane around the outside perimeter of the roof edge; Install vinyl Drip Edge with single-ply membrane around the outside perimeter of the roof edge; Install single-ply membrane flashing around the outside of the antenna shelter and the antenna supports inside of the shelter and other areas; Install single-ply walkway pad over the entire roof leaving 3'' space all around for drainage and the inspection of factory seams; Grind the existing ladder anchor plates flush with the existing roof surface; Reinstall two small drains in the antenna shelter floor; Provide one tarpaulin to cover the roof during inclement weather during the reroof work. Price range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00. The issue date is on or after March 2, 1995. This solicitation is open to both Small and Large Businesses.
