The proposed acquisition is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds from an approved surety and specific info which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
