Z -- REHABILITATION OF AIR HANDLING UNITS - HACKENSACK P&DC 560 HUYLER STREET, SOUTH HACKENSACK NJ 07606-9998 Sol. RFP #415046-95-A-0187. Due 031095. POC: Project Manager, Charles J. Caramanna, 215/931-5142 and Purchasing Specialist, M.L. Glenn, 215/931-5486. There are ten air handling units involved in this project. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and services to remove and dispose of four old air handling units and install four new air handling units including all associated appurtenances and tie-ins. Work associated with the six remaining air handling units is removal of the old heating coils and cooling coils and replacement with new heating coils and cooling coils including all incidental piping, valves and ductwork. Additionally, first floor ductwork shall be removed and relocated. Installation of additional exhaust blowers and VAV boxes are also included in this work. Offeror must have five years experience in HVAC work and primarily engaged in this line of work and, who, in addition, shall have satisfactorily completed at least three prior projects comparable in size and scope to the work required by this solicitation. A preproposal conference has been scheduled for March 1, 1995 at 10:00 AM at the Hackensack P&DC, 560 Huyler Street, South Hackensack NJ 07606-9998. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 to $600,000.00 with completion required within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
