The work includes the removal of deteriorated paint from the exterior walls of the Longview A & B Barracks, removal of deteriorated sealant among all exterior joints, the resurfacing of the exterior, the resealing of the joints, and incidental related work. Door frames, doors, and window frames are included in this project. Soffits and overhangs are not included in the scope of this project. During the performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 23 February 1995 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 90 calendar days.
