UHHZ 920238: Construct Rinsewater Treatment Plant including site preparation, 600-650 SF building, power, lights, heating, ventilation, piping, small storage tanks, pumps and all other requirements not listed below. Site will be east of Bldg 137, Bay 5. b. UHHZ 930138: Provide one CALFRAN STU-2500 and one CALFRAN PTR-50 cold vaporization wasterwater treatment units. This is a sole source requirement unless, prior to bid opening, we receive information on an equal system. To be equal, any alternate system cannot use any chemicals (beyond PH adjustment of recycled water), must reduce waste to a dry product, and must utilize similar construction materials (e.g. Hastelloy C- 22 reaction vessel). Performance shall be guaranteed by manufacturer based on pilot plant test using a representative 5 gallon sample. Also include in this project is the 20,000 gallon tank (T-1).
