Work will be as required in accordance with plans and specifications and partially consists of the following work: Underwater pipe excavating, valve repair, slip lining, concrete work, flush, disinfect and place line in service. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 27 Feb 95 and bid opening will be held on or about 30 Mar 95. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1623. The small business size standard for this project is $17.0M.
