Sandberg at (404)842-6553 Presolicitation Notice: Provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for the renovation of an existing laboratory on the third floor of Building 5 at CDC Facilities, 1500 Clifton Road, Atlanta, Georgia. The new lab will be classified as a Biological Safety Level 3 space. Work includes, but is not limited to, 1. Minor demolition of masonry and gypsum partitions 2. Construction of new partitions, with new doors and glass windows 3. Installation of new vinyl sheet flooring 4. Installation of lab casework (to be furnished by the Government) 5. Improvements to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical equipment, including the addition of a rooftop air handling unit. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation Package 95-91 will be available on or about March 28, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $35.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
