Project call for the cleaning and flushing sanitary sewer lines to include manholes to remove grease and roots. It is anticipated that a requirements contract will be awarded for a basic period. In accordance with public law 100-656 this solicitation is open to both large and small business. In accordance with public law 103-160 this acquisition is set aside for firms in the vicinity of the base, that is, Clinton county and adjacent counties. This is an advance acquisition notice and the opening response date is tentative. Request for solicitation that do not indicate whether a firm is a large, small business will not be accepted; request should also note whether a firm is a disadvantaged, or woman-owned busness or any combination thereof.
