All responses from responsible sources will be considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any solicitation will be issued to the intented schedule vendor and all interested parties that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Any offeror who responds to this synopsis shall submit pricing in the aggregate amount with their response within 15 days of this notice first appearing in the CBD.
