Raglind, Administrative Contracting Officer, (703) 806-3918 The Government intends to increase the contract ceiling limit from $349,000 to $750,000 and delivery order ceiling limit from $40,000 to $150,000 under contract DACA65-93-D-0116 for its options year with Dames & Moore, Incorporated. Contractor shall prepare plans, specifications, and abatement studies for environmental requirements including but not limited to Environmental Assessments, Historical Preservation Plan, Operation and Maintenance Manuals for pump stations, Virginia Pollution Discharge Eliminations Systems Permits, and Site characterizations reports for underground storage tanks. Surveying and testing for the presence of contaminants including, but no limited to asbestos, lead paint and petroleum hyrocarbons. Testing during construction is defined by individual delivery orders issued in accordance with Indefinite Delivery-Type Contract. This is not a request for proposal. (0034)
