This contract shall Eliminate Hazardous Waste from Naval Aviation Depot Cherry Point, NC., Aircraft Component Parts, Abrasive Paint Stripping and Parts Cleaning Operations by Recycling Generated Process Dusts. The Lease shall include contractors PM Delivery, Dust Product Pick-Up, and Dust pPoduct Recycling By Utilizing said Dust Product as an Ingredient in an Industrial Process To Make a New Product. The PM shall Conform to MIL-P-85891 (AS), Type V, Grade A, Thermoplastic. Contractor required to obtain Written Approval From State of North Carolina, Dept. of Environment, Health, and Natural Resources Stating that Contractor's Used Blasting Media would not be a Solid Waste I/A/W 40 CFR 261.2 (e)(1)(ii), codified at 15A NCAC 13A.0006. A firm, fixed price contract is anticipated. FOB Destination to Naval Aviation Depot Cherry Point, NC. Period of performance is one (1) year plus a one (1) year option.
