Materials and services necessary to install an existing Government-owned card controlled access system for six buildings at GSFC/Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA. This is a a notice of intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP)5-18292/618 on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), ''Only One Responsible Source'', to Honeywell, Inc., 5536 Iowa Ave, Norfolk, VA. Deliveries to Wallops Island, VA. Services are to be completed within 180 calendar days after contract award. It is estimated that the RFP will be issued on or about January 15, 1995. The system to be installed is a Northern Computers product, customized for Honeywell by JRP Data with special proprietary firmware and PROMs. PCPAK, the computer program which operates the system is also a Northern Computers product. Honeywell is the sole Mid Atlantic representative of both Northern Computers and JRP Data.
