The work required will include but is not limited to, processing of foreclosure requests, requesting title evidence, effecting the forecloosure itself,performing ejectments as necessary, conveying good title to HUD, and other similar duties related to a non-judicial foreclosure in the State of Alabama. To qualify for award of the contract the proposer must be thoroughly familiar with the requirements applicable to single family foreclosures in the State of Alabama, and must have the necessary staff and experience to perform the required work in an efficient and cost effective manner RFP 3-95-062 proposed issuance date is February 16, 1995.
