The contractor shall provide services for video duplication, distribution and evaluation of television, radio and print ads for conservation program with the theme ``We Owe It To Our Children'' for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, OC, Video, Teleconference & Radio Center. The contractor shall be required to duplicate approximately 1700 T.V. (15 and 30 second spots) and 10,200 radio public service announcements (PSAs) in correct formats. Distribution to media, including cable T.V., up to 1500 videotapes, 10,000 radio tapes and/or compact discs, 2,000 ad slicks (for magazines) and accompanying support materials for PSAs and ad slicks. Distribution shall be by mail. Distribution packages of PSAs and print materials to selected SCS partners, up to 200 packages. The contractor shall be responsible for bulk mailing all campaign materials directly to the T.V. radio stations, major networks and cable systems. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. Wage determinations have been requested for the Washington Metropolitan Area. The Contracting Officer will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to do so in writing by 1/23/95. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7822 and size standard is 21.5 million. The procurement items are 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns only.
