There will be provisions for: new sealed beam lights, brightness control regulators, 15 kv distribution transformers, 5 kv - 3 phase switch, master timer, pilot relay, strobe system relay, 2 power distribution panels, time meter, time switch, lightning arresters, alarm bell, and associated wiring. There is a PCB contaminated regulator and a PCB transformer to be removed. Also, this project will: replace additional sealed beam lights at the 1000 ft crossbar; install semi-flush centerline barretts; replace existing unidirectional approach threshold lights with bidirectional lights having green/red filters to meet ALSF-1 criteria; and any other incidental related work. The 3 brightness regulators, a 15 kv transformer, and a 5 kv oil-fused switch are to be removed, replaced, and rewired under another. The SIC code is 1629 and the industry small business size standard ($17.0 Million) are applicable to this contract. Estimated cost range: $500,000 to $1,000,000.
