Estimated cost of construction is over 10,000,000.00. Contract period is for one year plus two option years. Provide all labor, materials and equipment to remove, replace, upgrade or test petroleum or waste petroleum storage tanks, including ancillary equipment and associated piping postwide at various sites. The work shall include, but shall not be limited to, excavation of existing tank sites, reinforced concrete work, asphalt paving, establishment of turf and other plantings, electrical work, power and control wiring, and installation of leak detection systems. The work shall also include cleaning and disposal of removed storage tanks, environmental survey of removal sites, chemical testing and analysis of tank contents and soils, removal and disposal of contaminated soils, removal and disposal of tank sludge and removal and disposal of contaminated water.
