Butler, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Defense Plant Representative Office - Texas Instruments (TI), P.O. Box 405, M/S 3415, Lewisville, Texas 7506-0405. This order procures services to repair, test, and/or evaluate High Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Guidance and Control sections. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only know firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity with the HARM system to meet this requirement.
