28 -- ENGINE TEST CELL ADAPTERS SOL N68836-95-R-0066 DUE 032795 POC Contact Carolyn F King, Code 2010.52, (904) 779-3050 or Contracting Officer Janell Palmer, Code 2010.20, (904) 779-3069 or facsimile (904) 779-3061 The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Central Engineering Company, 2930 Anthony Lane, Minneapolis, MN. for the design and fabricate of one Kemen Engine Test Cell (KETC) TF34-100A engine test adapter and the TF30 engine test adapter. The modification consist of adjoining the two adapters to make one adapter so as to fit the requiring activity's facility. Central Engineering Company hold all proprietary rights to drawings and specifications to these engine test adapters. Contractors are invited to submit a response within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice to submit their qualifications/capabilities to meet the requirements, along with a request for a solicitation. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
