This provides notice of intent to solicit brand name or equal fan, exhaust assembly, (252 ea), P/N DD250G manufactured by PACE Manufacturing Company. Minimum requirements: unit shell include motor capable of 1/10 HP, 1550 RPM and use 115V/1PH electrical current. Assembly shall be projection type-C with thermal O.D.P. fan assembly shall include an aluminum DWDI forward curved wheel. The entire rotating assembly (motor, wheel and substructure), shall be mounted on coil springs for effective vibration isolation. Vibration isolation springs and fan cage shall be attached to a base frame, that will be mounted by the Government. Each fan assembly shall be securely mounted by (4) ea bolts. Each assembly shall include fan cage to fan cabinet seal and a 16'' electrical cord with ground plug. A job site visit in San Diego is mandatory to verify application and dimension requirements. Each new exhaust fan unit shall be a direct replacement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The solicition will be issued as unrestricted. (0037)
