The project consists of furnishing and installing a self-contained, weatherproof, freestanding, dry spray, paint-booth on the Arizona Air National Guard Base located at 1500 E Valencia Rd, Tucson, Pima County, Arizona, 85706-6099. The minimum clear interior size will be 25' wide X 30' long X 18' high. The selected booth will be required to comply with all applicable regulations for the City of tucson, Pima County, State of Arizona, and for applicable Federal OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations. Main Door specifications: 2 EA manual sliding doors with 3'10'' wide X 8'7'' tall cut-out in each door. The doors will open to a minimum clear space of 25' wide X 18' tall. The booth will be equipped with 2 EA man-doors located on opposite sides, (the minimum size is 2'6'' wide X 6'8'' tall). Available utilities: 440 volt, 3 phase electrical and natural gas. Incorporation of a cross-flow, dry filter, intake and exhaust/discharge air handling system appropriate for the quoted unit size is required.
