70 -- PRODUCTION ENGINEERING CHANGES AND MAINTENANCE FOR MH-53E NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION SYSTEM COMPUTER SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION ITEMS (CSCIS) SOL N00163-95-R-0119 DUE 040495 POC Contact Point, Bob Sullivan, (317)353-3166Additional Contact, FAX, (317)353-3066 The engineering tasks required by NAWCADI are databases, library files, software trouble reports, software test files, emulators, manuals and documentation for software tools, compilation orders, link streams, assembler instructions and other items need to build the executable NCS software code for the purpose of performing on-going maintenance of the software CSCIs. The following CSCI's will be maintained by the designated SSA: NAWC-AD-I: Operator Interface CSCI, Control and Navigation CSCI, and Emulation Test Set (ETS). Transfer the configuration change control and maintenance of the NCS software to the Software Support Activity (NAWC-AD-I) beginning in May 1995 and concluding in April 1996. The contractor shall document the process by preparing a Plan of Action and Milestones indicating the procedures, checklists, metrics, and schedule for transition and submitting quarterly status reports during the period of performance. The tasks during this phase shall consist of, but not be limited to, software code changes and testing, documentation updates, telephone and on-site support. Transfer the cognizance of the Interface Control Unit and the Control Display Unit hardware/software, including equipment used by subcontractor Canadian Marconi Corporation for the development of the NCS CSCIs. Note 22 Applies, under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can only be satisfied by unique services available from only one source.
