Because of a change in the requirement, the previous publication is rescinded and the following substituted therefor. The Facilities Engineering branch of the NASA Dryden Flight Research Center located at Edwards Air Force Base, Edwards, CA has a requirement for on-site technical services. This requirement consists of assisting the NASA engineering staff in the repair and maintenance of the existing Fire Alarm System (FAS); the development of the system; & the subsequent installation of the new system. Experience is required in maintenance, FAS design using AutoCad, and knowledge of Nat'l Fire Code. Respondents to the previous publication will not receive a copy of the solicitation unless a new request is received. The estimated date for solicitation release is Mar 1, 1995 with a closing date of Mar 31, 1995. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993.
